Responsibilities:
•Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage payments to vendors and insurance companies, track receivables, and follow up on overdue invoices.
•Reconciliation & Transactions: Reconcile financial accounts, ensure transaction accuracy, and record daily transactions.
•Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure prompt payments.
•Internal Accounting: Support internal accounting functions and assist with financial statement preparation.
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
•Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•Prior experience in accounts payable, receivable, or general accounting is a plus.
